PHOTOS: Least expensive homes sold all went for under $550K in Mississauga

As we head into the holidays, the real estate market tends to cool and Mississauga is no exception.
The latest numbers show prices dropping in Mississauga. The average home price dipped 10 per cent to $993,352 in November in Mississauga, according to real estate brokerage Zoocasa.
The benchmark price for all home types was $1,042,100 in November 2023, falling by 1.5 per cent compared to November 2022, according to the Mississauga Real Estate Association.
But the condo market is stronger. The benchmark apartment price was $657,700, a minor increase of 2.2 per cent from year-ago levels. The average price was up 3.69 per cent to $649,756.
However, there are lower prices out there. According to a list compiled by real estate brokerage Zoocasa, the least expensive homes all sold for under $550,000 in November.
Here are the least expensive homes sold in November:
2301-385 Prince of Wales Drive
This one-bedroom condo has an open-concept design with modern features. It is located in the heart of downtown Mississauga, just steps from Square One Shopping Centre.
This is the most expensive home on this list and it sold for $545,000 on Nov. 8, under the $564,900 list price.

334-1050 Stainton Drive
This Erindale condo is much bigger — it boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms with approximately 1,170 square feet. It also had upgrades including refinished hardwood flooring and a freshly painted interior.
This place sold for $500,000 on Nov. 28, under the asking price of $529,900.

411-2091 Hurontario Street
Located in Cooksville, this condo is described as a cozy one-bedroom plus den with 784 square feet of space. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, a tennis court, an indoor sauna and a hot tub and an exercise room.
This place sold for $510,000 on Nov. 20, just under the $529,900 list price.

3007-80 Absolute Avenue
Located next to the iconic Marylin Monroe towers, this one-bedroom condo has a large den and large windows. The spacious balcony has unobstructed views, and of course, it is located in the City Centre.
This place sold for $506,000 on Nov. 26, just under the list price of $509,000.

612-7405 Goreway Drive
This two-bedroom Malton condo is the only one on the list that sold for under $500,000. Located in the Malton Mansions, the open-concept design features stone countertops and a breakfast bar in the kitchen It also has a large private balcony.
This place sold for $499,000 on Nov. 26, just under the $499,999 asking price.
