The latest real estate numbers show the market becoming active again after a lull.
“Sales activity roared back to life in January, building on a series of smaller gains over the past few months,” said Rita Asadorian, president of the Mississauga Real Estate Board in the January 2024 report.
The overall composite benchmark price for homes in Mississauga was $1,036,200 in January 2024, according to the Mississauga Real Estate Board report.
A single-family home was around $1.2 million and those in the market for a condo apartment found prices increasing slightly. The apartment price was $654,900, a small gain of 1.7 per cent from year-ago levels, according to the report.
