Big police presence in Mississauga for ‘Person in crisis’

Peel Regional Police were called to a Mississauga home late Tuesday afternoon to deal with a “person in crisis.”
Police responded to reports of a person needing help at 4:54 p.m. at a residence near White Clover Way and Edenrose Street, in the area of Eglinton Avenue West and Creditview Road.
There’s an increased police presence in the area as they investigate the situation.
The incident is “contained to a residence,” said police.
People are being asked to avoid the area while police deal with the emergency.
