Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle in Mississauga

A 55-year-old man was rushed to hospital this morning with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga.
Around 6:30 a.m., Peel police reported that the pedestrian was hit in the Credit Valley Road and Erin Mills Parkway area. He has since been taken to a trauma centre.
Around 8:30 a.m., police reported that Credit Valley Road was closed from Metcalfe Ave. to Erin Mills Parkway.
The Major Collision Bureau is investigating the accident.
