A Brampton woman is taking home a big win after buying a Poker Lotto ticket.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) announced that Sheila Saunders won $69,626.70.

Saunders won $5,000 on the instant portion of her Poker Lotto play and also went “all in,” to win the $64,626.70 jackpot on Aug. 25.

The retiree, who is a mother and grandmother, plays Lotto Max and 6/49, but also likes to play “watch n’ win” games including Poker Lotto, the OLG said.

This is her first big win.

“When I bought my Poker Lotto ticket and saw that I had won instantly, all I could do was scream,” Saunders said.

Saunders plans to pay off her mortgage and add to her savings with the money.

She bought the winning ticket at Metro on Great Lakes Drive in Brampton.
