PARTIAL LOCKDOWN: Two Brampton schools in ‘hold-and-secure’ after robbery

UPDATE: Peel Regional Police said the partial lockdowns (hold-and-secures) had been lifted at both Brampton schools as of about noon. No other details about the robbery have been provided.

 

Two Brampton schools have been placed under ‘hold-and-secure’ orders this morning as Peel Regional Police investigate a robbery in the area.

The two impacted schools, which remain in partial lockdown, are Brampton Centennial Secondary School and Bishop Francis Allen Catholic Elementary School. 

Both schools are located on McMurchy Avenue South and are engaged in partial lockdown conditions as police continue their investigation of the robbery in the area. 

Police didn’t provide specific details related to the robbery.
