Over $4M paid for most expensive home sold in Brampton last month

The Brampton housing market saw a huge spike in sales last month with nearly 500 properties trading hands including some pricey top-of-the-line homes and one worth more than $4 million.

Here are the five most-expensive properties sold in Brampton this October:

1. 36 Quintette Close – $4,050,000

This custom-built home is one of the largest in Brampton with 12,300 square feet of living space. The house has a fully finished walk-out basement, two custom-crafted Italian-designed kitchens, and 12-foot ceilings on the main floor.
