Detached homes sales have been somewhat slagging in Brampton over recent months but that hasn’t stopped a few big-ticket properties from selling for much more than the average asking price of around $1,010,000, including one gorgeous mansion selling for more than $3 million.

Here the the top five most expensive homes sold in Brampton for the month of July:

$3,015,000 – 37 Michelangelo Blvd.
