The opulent, Mississauga home featured in a popular Netflix drama was one of the most-viewed properties in Ontario in 2023.

The mansion at 2275 Doulton Dr. in Mississauga has been featured several times on insauga.com.

And now it has made real estate brokerage Zoocasa’s most-viewed home list for 2023.

The home boasts 26,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and 27 parking spaces.

The second floor has six bedrooms, all with private ensuites. The primary bedroom and accompanying sitting area have a fireplace, his and hers ensuites, dressing rooms and a walk-out to a terrace.

If all this looks familiar, it is because the home was featured in the Netflix series Painkiller last year.

The six-episode series tells a fictionalized version of the origins and fallout of the opioid crisis and stars Matthew Broderick, West Duchovny, Taylor Kitsch and Uzo Aduba.

The series opens with a wide shot of Richard Sackler’s mansion, which is the Doulton Drive home.

Broderick is shown walking through the interior of the mansion and in one episode dancing in the entryway.

If you are looking for a new home and have tons of cash, this place is still for sale.

Back in 2019, it was listed for $50 million. In 2022 the price came down but it was still the second-most expensive house on the market anywhere in Canada, listed at $37.5 million.

Now, you can get it for the reduced price of $29.9 million.
