One man dead and one person arrested following a murder in Hamilton

Police are investigating a murder at a pub early Sunday that left one man dead.
Hamilton Police said in a social media post that the incident happened shortly before 3:30 a.m., at Peddles Pub and Restaurant on Barton Street.
Investigators say a man in his 30’s has died while one person was arrested.
Officers have not released additional details about the victim or the person taken into custody.
