A new sushi restaurant has opened in Mississauga.

Sushi Shop Port Street Market, which already has several locations across Ontario and Quebec, has opened a new restaurant in Port Credit.

An employee from the new location told insauga.com that the restaurant, located at 129 Lakeshore Rd. East, opened approximately three weeks ago.

Their menu features a range of appetizers including sushi pizza sliders and monkey brain tuna and salmon, which are pieces of avocado garnished with the protein of choice.

In terms of dipping sauces, the restaurant offers several unique options such as passion fruit mayo which can be ordered on the side.

And, to wash it down, the restaurant has a variety of bubble tea flavours to choose from, as well as a chocolate banana bomb for dessert.

“Toronto, we know you are sushi lovers, and it is with pride and passion that we celebrate the opening of our Sushi Shop Port Street Market,” wrote the restaurant on Facebook.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
