New jewelry store opens in Square One in Mississauga

A Canadian jewelry store chain has opened a new location in Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga.

Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, officially opened Friday in Square One, according to a press release from the company.

Mejuri’s collections are known for their minimalist and elegant designs. They feature items like rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets crafted from materials such as 14k solid gold, sterling silver and diamonds.

The store started to prepare the Square One location several months ago.

The Square One shop is the 40th standalone store and ninth store in Canada. There are Mejuri stores in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K.

The Square One store features new and artful elements. A ring bar is the heart of the store and there is artistic overhead lighting. A textured plaster wall, inspired by Mejuri’s iconic Charlotte pattern, adds depth and tactile interest to the space.

The store also includes an on-site piercing studio.

“We are embracing omnichannel shopping, to ensure that our customers have incredible and consistent experiences both online and in-store” said Majed Masad, Mejuri’s co-founder and chief operating officer. “We know that this addition in Square One will continue to add value to our existing and new customers, and continue to show love to our home base of Canada.”

To mark the opening of the Square One store, Mejuri will offer special promotions throughout the opening weekend, including a $50 gift card (valid Friday, Nov. 15 to Sunday, Nov. 17) to the first ten customers, and gift-with-purchase offers.

Mejuri is located on Level 2 next to Lacoste. The store is open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
