A brand new restaurant opening should excite Brampton residents looking for more Indian cuisine.
Heritage India recently opened its doors and is located in the historic house of Walter E. Calvert at 485 Main St. N.
It’s the former location of Aria Bistro & Lounge, one of the city’s most popular fine dining restaurants which recently closed permanently after almost a decade of being in business.
As for the menu, Heritage India serves a variety of authentic Indian dishes including Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Shahi Paneer, Karahi Chicken and Chicken Curry.
“Located in the beautiful historic house of Walter E. Calvert, Heritage India is an immaculate destination for every occasion of your life,” the restaurant says.
Brampton mayor Patrick Brown attended the Heritage India’s grand opening to congratulate the restaurant owners and wish them luck.
