If you’re looking for a venue for your child’s next birthday party–or just a place to spend a balmy weekend afternoon–you should note that a new indoor playground recently opened its doors in Mississauga.

DiNOViLLe, a prehistoric-themed playground on Royal Windsor Drive in the city’s Clarkson neighbourhood, celebrated its grand opening earlier this month.

The facility, which features a colourful playspace with slides, tubes, ladders, tunnels and ball pits, is available for drop-in sessions or private parties.

According to DiNOViLLe’s website, the playground also offers snacks, treats, juice, ice cream and freezies at its Dino Munchies Snackbar.

Soft drinks, coffee and free Wi-Fi are available for adults.

“We provide a clean, safe and friendly environment for kids to get some physical activity while at the same time, our play structures and toys give them an opportunity to have lots of fun,” the website reads.

A day pass costs $10 per child and parents, guardians and siblings under the age of 1 can enter for free when accompanying their little one. The playground is designed for children between the ages of two and 10.

Since the facility is available for private parties, guests are encouraged to call ahead before showing up for a drop-in visit.

Private party packages range from $250 to $375, depending on the day of the week and how many children are attending.
