BBQ lovers have another spot to try with the grand opening of a new smokehouse in Mississauga.
The Backyard Smokehouse celebrated its grand opening in Mississauga this past weekend, officially opening its doors at 4188 Living Arts Dr. in Mississauga.
The smokehouse says it marinates its meats overnight with a signature blend of spices before undergoing a 30-day minimum aging process. The meat is then cooked with smoke from an oak fire for 16 hours to give “exquisite flavors to each cut.”
With multiple locations including Toronto, The Backyard Smokehouse features southern classics like BBQ plates with brisket, lamb shank and beef ribs, as well as sandwiches like the pulled beef sandwich, the brisket beef burger and the ribyard burger.
They also have plenty of sides and a trio of specialty mac & cheese dishes, including one made with their smoked brisket.
If you’re still hungry after a BBQ feast, The Backyard Smokehouse also features delectable desserts from The Cheesecake Factory like like the Godiva Chocolate and Dulce De Leche cheesecakes.
You can visit The Backyard Smokehouse at 4188 Living Arts Dr. in Mississauga. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
