New immigration AI tool launched by Brampton-based company

A new digital tool built on AI has been launched in Ontario purpose-built to monitor Canadian immigration information and news.

In an official release by Immigration News Canada (INC), the Brampton-based organization has released what they allege is the world’s first free AI chatbot dedicated to immigration-based queries.

Built on the foundation of the ever-prominent ChatGPT platform, this new AI chatbot will — according to representatives within the INC — continuously update itself on breaking changes in Canadian immigration policy and provide real-time answers to common questions.

The INC release also indicates that with this new platform, long waits in Canadian Immigration Services locations will be a thing of the past and the risks that come with potentially outdated information on old forums will be eliminated.

“We are excited to pioneer an AI chatbot that provides direct answers to queries for the Canadians and immigrant community, bypassing the long wait times associated with traditional forums,” said Kamal Deep Singh, Director of INC News in an official statement.

Specifics surrounding the new AI chatbot include:

  • Instant Information
  • Direct Links
  • Document Assistance
  • Multilingual Support
  • General Inquiry Assistance.
