NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh in Brampton for immigration fair

Federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh and a number of big political names are making a stop in Brampton this weekend for what’s being billed as Ontario’s biggest free immigration and study abroad fair.
The Brampton Immigration Consultancy (BIC) is holding a two-day immigration seminar in Brampton on Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 10 and 11) at The Brampton Center. The event will feature licensed immigration consultants, paralegals, lawyers and study abroad consultants available to connect with guests and answer their questions on immigration.
The event will include some special guests from all levels of government, including Federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh, Conservative Party Deputy Leader Tim Uppal, Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles, MP for Brampton North Ruby Sahota, Brampton North MPP Graham McGregor, and Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown.
“We are excited to celebrate yet another successful year of helping our clients requiring help with immigration or international education through our free consultation event,” said BIC Marketing Director Sandeep Singh.
The BIC is also giving back to the Brampton community this year with a holiday food and clothing drive. Until Dec. 31, the BIC is accepting donations at its location at 50 Queen St W. in Brampton in hopes of making the holiday season cheerful and bright for those in need.
