Music, tributes and circuses highlight 2024-25 season at FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton

The FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton 2024-25 lineup is filled with entertaining shows, celebrated musicians, mystical illusionists and family-friendly performances.

“Featuring an exciting selection of popular music, circus, illusion and theatrical performances, this season’s lineup ensures there is something for everyone, making the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton the heart of entertainment in Milton,” said a spokesperson.

Presale tickets will be available exclusively to subscribers of the Centre’s newsletter, Encore, from June 6-9. Season show tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 10.

“Straight off the heels of our successful 2023-24 season we’re excited to unveil our latest season offering,” said Steve Palmer, director of Recreation and Culture for the Town of Milton.

“Live performance has the ability to connect and captivate a community and our 2024-25 season promises to do just that with a wide range of performances that are sure to delight, inspire and entertain.”

Here are the 2024-25 season highlights:

Platinum award-winning crooner Matt Dusk plays tribute to the legendary Tony Bennett in his The Best is Yet to Come Tour, singing timeless classics including I Left My Heart in San Francisco and The Way You Look Tonight.

Experience the music and the majesty with Always ABBA as they bring you ABBA’s greatest hits. The impeccable vocals of this group will offer a dazzling performance you are sure to love, as you unleash your inner dancing queen.

Brett Kissel, one of Canada’s most beloved country music entertainers, takes centre stage with The Side You’ve Never Seen Tour, offering an intimate night of songs and stories that fans won’t want to miss.

Warm up your vocal chords for Choir! Choir! Choir! and unleash your inner Freddie Mercury with an epic Queen sing-along. Get ready to laugh, dance and sing your hearts out with hundreds of other music-lovers for this fully interactive, participatory show that turns audience into performer.

Experience the powerhouse sound of one of Canada’s bestselling alternative rock bands, Finger Eleven. This Juno Award winning band is coming to Town to electrify everyone with their chart-topping hits.

Evoke your sense of nostalgia when Canadian pop rock royalty Glass Tiger hits the stage with their This Island Earth Tour to perform their classic hits including Don’t Forget Me (When I’m Gone) and Someday.

This season also features great family entertainment including the captivating illusions of Ted and Marion Outerbridge in Outerbridges: Mysteries of the Keyhole House and the vibrancy of West African culture through circus arts, dance and music with Cirque Kalabanté.
