Murder mystery dinner theater comes to Brampton this weekend

Grab your magnifying glass because there is a mystery afoot at Brampton’s historic Bovaird House this weekend.

This Saturday night (Sept. 24), the Bovaird House will be transformed into the scene of a deadly fictitious encounter for the Naughty Nineties interactive murder mystery dinner.

Set in the 1890s, performers will be dressed in full period-appropriate costumes. Guests will be sent information about the characters in the Cabaret ahead of the event to help them get in charcater and help solve the mystery.

Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their best 1890s regalia or use props provided by the Friends of Historic Bovaird House.

Dinner is also provided along with a mysterious evening of entertainment, and guests can choose between a roast beef or chicken dinner.

Tickets for the Naughty Nineties murder mystery are $50 per person, and no walk-ins on the day of the event will be accepted.

The event is expected to run for three hours and is organized by the Friends of Historic Bovaird House.
