Multiple bullets fired into the bedroom window of southern Ontario residence: video

A home in southern Ontario was attacked last night after an assailant fired numerous rounds into the upstairs bedroom of the residence.
According to York Regional Police, last night (Nov. 3) at 11 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence on Danny Wheeler Boulevard, near Valleo Street in York Region, after reports of numerous gunshots were called in.
Upon their arrival, officers noted that the upstairs window of a targetted home was destroyed as a result of being hit with numerous rounds from a firearm.
Upon further investigation, officers found numerous shell casings in the surrounding area, as well as bullet holes within the targeted bedroom of the residence.
Police have indicated that no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

A surveillance video was obtained as a result of the ongoing investigation, which shows a suspect pull up to the targetted residence in an SUV, jump out, fire 18 rounds into the bedroom window and then flee in their vehicle.
York Regional Police confirmed the investigation is ongoing and that anyone with additional footage of the event, or information, should contact them immediately or send an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
