Motorcyclist from Hamilton dies in 3-vehicle crash in Mulmur

A Hamilton man has died following a three-vehicle crash on the weekend.

Emergency crews were called to the serious collision on County Road 19 in Mulmur, a community north of Orangeville, at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, OPP said.

The collision involved a motorcycle, sedan and SUV. The motorcycle was travelling southbound and collided with a northbound sedan and SUV, police said.

Police said the motorcyclist, a 53-year-old, man from Hamilton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no other injuries reported at the time of the collision, police said.

The investigation is continuing and anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to contact the Dufferin OPP 1-888-310-1122.
