Most expensive homes sold for over $3 million in Mississauga in July

The most expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month all came with asking prices over $3 million.
As the real estate market starts to pick up again, large, multi-million dollar homes are selling but many are getting lower than the asking price.
The latest real estate numbers put the average price of detached homes in Mississauga at $1,602,425, and the benchmark price at $1,473,000 in June.
These four properties, however, are much more expensive.
Here are the four most expensive homes sold in July as compiled by real estate brokerage Zoocasa:
890 Beechwood Avenue
A custom, modern design, this four-bedroom home in Lakeview has over 5,500 square feet of space. Features include high-end appliances, 10-foot ceilings, and a large soaker tub in the primary ensuite bathroom.
This home sold for $3,350,000, just under the $3,699,900 asking price, on July 16.

1010 Albertso Crescent
This four-bedroom home in Lorne Park was custom built. Features include a “stunning” double staircase, a large pantry in the kitchen, and a wine display case off the dining room. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The home sold for $3,650,000 on July 20, under the $3,999,000 asking price.

259 Indian Valley Trail
This four-bedroom Mineola home has 5,300 square feet of interior space featuring “Parisian-inspired” finishes and an open concept layout.
This place sold for $4,075,000 on July 21, just under the asking price of $4,398,800.

1577 Spring Road
Featured this month as one of the most expensive houses sold in Ontario, this approximately 7,000-square-foot home comes with a theatre room, sauna, gym and wine cellar. There is also a large pool and a 500-square-foot pool house.
This property sold for $6,250,000 on July 23, under the $6,888,000 asking price but still for much more than the other three homes on this list.
