Home sells for $348,000 under asking price in Mississauga

One of the most expensive homes sold last month in Ontario went for under the asking price in Mississauga.

The eye-catching home at 483 Bob O Link Rd. in Mississauga is on the July list of the most expensive homes sold in Ontario from real estate brokerage Zoocasa.

This four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is steps away from Lake Ontario and Rattray Marsh.

The home is designed in a modern style with unconventional lines. The style continues in the interior with a glass railing staircase that serves as the centrepiece of the home, according to the listing.

The home’s features include large living and dining rooms, a sunken family room and an extended island in the kitchen. The primary bedroom or a possible in-law suite with a bathroom is also on the main level.
