Missing vulnerable man from Winnipeg last seen at Brampton GO Station on Sept. 27

There is growing concern for a vulnerable missing man who was last seen at a Brampton GO Station.

Peel Regional Police say Avery from Winnipeg, Manitoba, was last seen in the Mount Pleasant area, though an exact time was not provided.

Officials say Avery left his Winnipeg home on Sept. 9 and travelled to the Greater Toronto Area, where he has no known connections.

Investigators describe Avery as an Indigenous man with a height of 5-foot-8 and a weight of 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair.

Police and family are concerned for his well-being.
