Missing 46-year-old man last seen in St. Catharines on June 28

Niagara Regional Police are seeking the public’s help in safely locating and bringing home a missing man.

Police say 46-year-old Randolph Price was last seen in the Carlton Street and Ontario Street area on Friday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Catharines.

Investigators describe Price as a white man who is 5-foot-5 and weighs 202 pounds. He has shoulder-length brown hair and a full beard.

Price was last seen wearing a T-shirt of an unspecified colour, track pants also of an unspecified colour, a black vest, and black Crocs.

It is unclear if Price is travelling on foot, public transit or car and whether he is alone or in the company of others.
