May 7 Weather: A sunny start to the day, but evening showers move in for southern Ontario

Residents in Mississauga and across southern Ontario might want to take advantage of the beautiful, sunny weather expected for Tuesday (May 7).
After a nice bright day, the clouds are set to roll later and will stay for the remainder of the week, according to the last forecast from Environment and Climate Change Canada.
Weather conditions should be as good as any as we’ve had this year so far with sunny skies and nice warm temperatures expected. A high of 19 C is on tap for the day.
The UV index will be 8 or very high.
As the day moves on though into the early evening, the clouds will begin to roll in. There will be a 60 percent chance of showers later in the evening and into the overnight.
A low if 12 is expected for the overnight into Wednesday.
