LOCKDOWN: Police investigation locks down high school for ‘safety’ concerns in Caledon

Update: The OPP said the lockdown was lifted shortly after 3:30 p.m. and will release more details on the investigation.
Police have put a high school in Caledon on lockdown as a precaution due to an ongoing investigation.
The OPP says officers put Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School in Caledon on Old Church Road under a lockdown order shortly before 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
Few details have been released but police say the lockdown is due to a police investigation.
“To ensure everyone’s continued safety, the school has been placed into lockdown,” police said in a release.
Drivers and residents should avoid the area while police are on the scene.
The OPP says to expect updates as the situation develops.
