A loaded firearm was located during a recent traffic stop in the city of Brampton.
A loaded firearm was located during a recent traffic stop in the city of Brampton.
According to Sgt Kerry Schmidt on Twitter, the traffic stop took place on the 410 (northbound) at Steeles Avenue in Brampton.
There were four occupants in the vehicle and the loaded firearm was located on the driver.
Schmidt noted that all four occupants were arrested, and the driver was held for bail with multiple firearm related charges and a federal cannabis act charge.
The three other passengers are also facing cannabis act charges.
