LIVE: Brampton Ontario election results

The New Democrats have fallen in Brampton.

In a blue wave sweep Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservatives have taken all five Brampton ridings, knocking out the NDP which previously held three seats.

Gone are Gurratan Singh (Brampton East) and Deputy Leader Sara Singh (Brampton Centre). Kevin Yarde of Brampton North did not run for re-election after he failed to regain the nomination for the NDP in the riding.

Brampton North    

  1. PC Party of Ontario: Graham McGregor – 12,474 total votes – ELECTED
  2. Ontario Liberal Party: Harinder Malhi – 7,756 total votes
  3. Ontario NDP: Sandeep Singh – 5,387 total votes
  4. Green Party of Ontario: Aneep Dhade – 821 total votes
  5. New Blue: Jerry Fussek – 553 total votes
  6. Ontario Party: Julia Bauman – 395 total votes

  1. Progressive Conservatives – Hardeep Grewal – 12,552 votes – ELECTED
  2. Ontario NDP: Gurratan Singh (Incumbent) – 8,940 total votes
  3. Ontario Liberal Party: Jannat Garewal – 6,140 total votes
  4. Green Party of Ontario: Jamaal Blackwood – 557 total votes
  5. Ontario Party: Paul Stark – 509 total votes
  6. New Blue: Michael Bayer – 288 total votes
