List of GTA homes for sale under $1 million includes renovated 5 bedroom house in Brampton

The average home price across the GTA is at well over $1 million this month but a handful of properties including one in Brampton are selling below average that could catch the eyes of potential buyers.

The list comes from real estate website Zoocasa and features five homes in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Oshawa and Pickering that are all priced below the average October price in the GTA of $1,103,600.

Here’s the list of five beautiful homes on sale now for under $1 million:

28 Cornwall Road in Brampton – $972,000

This fully renovated and updated five-bedroom home sits on a huge 60-foot lot in Brampton’s Eldomar Heights neighbourhood near Peel Village.
