Least expensive homes sold for under $530K in Mississauga

Home sales are down in Mississauga and there are some lower-priced homes out there.
Overall, home sales decreased 13.1 per cent month-over-month in Mississauga, according to the latest report from real estate brokerage Zoocasa.
The average price of a detached home was $1,551,752 in June in Mississauga. But a condo townhouse came in at $803,584 and condo apartment was lower at $626,081.
And there are lower prices out there. Zoocasa compiled a list of the least expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month.
Here are four of the least expensive homes sold:
319-8 Nahani Way
This one-bedroom condo unit is located in the heart of Mississauga near Square One Shopping Centre and the future LRT. There is a den and two full bathrooms including ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom.
The open-concept living and dining area leads to a balcony with city views. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, lounge, exercise room, swimming pool, kids play area, barbecue area, party room and visitor parking.
This place sold for $525,000 on June 14, under the $550,000 asking price.
203-1055a Forestwood Drive
This renovated, four-bedroom condo is in the Erindale area. The kitchen and living area are connected and offer natural light and new flooring.
The home comes with a spacious storage locker.
This place sold for $525,000 on June 12, under the $554,900 asking price.
1115-4185 Shipp Dr.
Located in the City Centre, this is a large and bright one-bedroom unit.
The kitchen, bathroom and floors have been updated. This place is close to Square One Shopping Centre, parks and public transit.
This place sold for the asking price of $465,000 on June 19.
1015-4185 Shipp Dr.
Located in the same building as the unit above, this place is the least expensive home sold in June. It is a smaller unit with one bedroom and a den.
It has an open-concept living and dining room design with floor-to-ceiling windows.
This place sold for $402,000 on June 27, under the $449,000 list price.
