The least expensive home sold last month for under $400,000 in Mississauga.
While experts suggest the real estate market will rebound this fall, homes are still selling for well under asking prices.
In September, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Mississauga sold for a $328,000 loss. And a four-bedroom home in Brampton went for a nearly $500,000 loss.
The least expensive homes sold in Mississauga in September all went for under the asking prices, according to real estate brokerage Zoocasa.
Here is Zoocasa’s list of the least expensive homes sold:
2611-4090 Living Arts Dr.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances, flooring, light fixtures, window coverings and fresh paint.
The unit has over 600 square feet of living space and a balcony. It also comes with underground parking and a storage locker. The maintenance fees are $560 a month.
This place sold for $493,000, under the $499,900 list price.
1508-3170 Kirwin Ave.
This large, three-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit condo has views of Toronto and Lake Ontario.
The laminate flooring in the living room and dining room has been updated. There is a large laundry room with storage. The balcony is 9.5 feet by eight feet. Amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, playground, sauna, gym and party room. The maintenance fees are $1,135 and cover all utilities, cable and internet.
This place sold for $485,000 under the $499,999 asking price.
217-3525 Kariya Dr.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features nine-foot ceilings that fill the space with natural light.
The open-concept living and dining areas overlook a modern kitchen with granite countertops, a built-in dishwasher and full-sized appliances. Amenities include media, game, exercise, and theatre rooms, plus an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, rooftop terrace, barbecue area and outdoor dining gazebo.
The maintenance fees are $446 a month.
This place sold for $480,000, under the $499,000 list price.
1305-50 Absolute Ave.
Located in the iconic Marilyn Monroe towers, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features nine-foot ceilings.
There is an open-concept living and dining room area, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large wrap-around balcony. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, squash, basketball court, party room, movie theatre, meeting room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi tub, playground and concierge.
Parking and locker are included. The maintenance fees are $689 a month.
This place sold for $470,000, under the $479,000 asking price.

The least expensive place sold last month is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo near the City Centre.
At 995 square feet, this condo has a den, hardwood flooring throughout and an 82-square-foot balcony. There is ensuite laundry and amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, security guard, indoor pool, gym, party room, billiards, ping pong, tennis court and visitor parking.
Maintenance fees, $1,068 a month, cover utilities, amenities, two underground parking spaces, and a locker.
This place sold for $390,000, under the $399,000 list price.
