July 26 Weather: Sunny and beautiful day to kick off the weekend in southern Ontario

If you’re planning to do something outdoors, this is definitely a weekend to do it in Mississauga and across southern Ontario.

If you can make it a long weekend, all the better as it will be nothing but sunny skies and nice hot temperatures starting Friday (July 26) and heading right through the weekend according to the latest weather forecast by Environment Canada.

Residents will wake up to sunny clear skies and it will stay that way right throughout the day. Temperatures will hit a high of 27 degrees Celsius with the humidex making it feel more like 29 degrees Celsius.

You might want to put some sunscreen on before heading out as the UV index will 8 or very high.

The evening skies will remain clear through the night. An overnight low of 15 degrees Celsius is expected.

There will be another two minutes less of daylight on Friday, with the total time hitting 14 hours and 47 minutes. The sunrise is at 6:01 a.m. and the sun will set earlier again at 8:48 p.m.
