July 24 Weather: A rainy day is on tap for southern Ontario

Here comes the rain again in Mississauga and southern Ontario.
Wednesday (July 24) will be a wet one according to the latest weather forecast by Environment Canada.
It will be mainly cloudy to kick off the day with a 30 percent chance of showers in the morning, but the changes of rain will go up extensively around noon as the chance of showers shoots up to 70 percent.
There will be a risk of a thunderstorm both in the morning and afternoon. The winds will be southwest at 20 km/hr. near noon. It is expected to be slightly cooler with a high of 26 degrees Celsius expected and the humidex at 33 degrees Celsius.
The UV index will be 6 or still high.
It will be partly cloudy as we head into the evening hours. The chance of rain will lessen with a 30 percent likelihood the skies open up. There will also be a risk of a thunderstorm early in the night.
Winds will be northwest at 20 km/hr. and becoming light later in the evening. An overnight low of 17 degrees Celsius is expected.
There will be another two minutes less of daylight on Wednesday, with the total time hitting 14 hours and 51 minutes on Wednesday. The sunrise is at 5:59 a.m. and the sun will set earlier again at 9:50 a.m.
