The Showtime TV series Fellow Travelers was reportedly filming in Brampton this week.
Fellow Travelers, starring Jonathan Bailey of Bridgerton fame and The Sinner star Matt Bomer, has been filming in the Toronto area for several months.
In October, Mississauga residents saw the filming and even had a chance to see Bailey on set.

Both Bailey and Bomer have posted about Fellow Travelers on their Instagram.
“Epic story. Incredible team. THRILLED to be on board,” wrote Bailey.
“I’ve been holding this one close to the vest for a minute,” wrote Bomer. “I could not be more excited to be sharing the experience of Fellow Travelers with an actor I respect and admire more than I can say, @jbayleaf. And the brilliant Allison Williams @aw ! I’m so grateful that this story is in their hands -and I can’t wait to tell it along side them.”
The eight-episode series is based on the 2007 fictional novel of the same name by Thomas Mallon. Described as a love story and political thriller, it follows the romance of two men, who meet in McCarthy-era Washington.
Hawkins Fuller (Bomer) avoids emotional entanglements until he meets Tim Laughlin (Bailey), a young man brimming with idealism and religious faith. The series covers four decades — from the Vietnam War protests of the 1960s to the AIDS crisis of the 1980s.
Fellow Travelers is filming in the Toronto area until Dec. 10, according to Ontario Creates. The series will stream on Showtime.
