The long grey winter of 2023-2024 continues today with flurries expected in the morning ahead of another overcast day.

The day will start off a bit brisk, according to Environment Canada’s reading from Pearson Airport, from Mississauga to Hamilton with temperatures hovering around -2 degrees until they begin to rise around 6 a.m. Also starting then is a 20 per cent chance of flurries until about 11 a.m. By the time the snow is ver, the temperature will have risen to above freezing to 1 degree.

However, moderate winds ranging around 20 km/h will make it feel like it’s closer to -7 in the morning. By noon, the snow is expected to stop. The skies will remain mostly cloudy until things start to clear around 6 p.m.

Most areas across the GTA will experience this on Tuesday including Brampton, Durham Region, Halton Region, Hamilton, and Mississauga.
