Those looking for a reprieve from the cool, rainy weather this week may only have to wait a few more days.
The last few days have been a dreary mix of below 10 C temperatures and a seemingly endless amount of rain. And the forecast for the rest of the week isn’t looking much better.
Tomorrow (May 3), Environment Canada is predicting more rain with a high of only 11 C and lows near 5 C in Mississauga and Brampton.
Thursday and Friday are looking slightly better with partly sunny skies and temperatures up to 16 C by Friday. But there is still more rain on the way.
The weekend, however, is looking decidedly better.
Temperatures could reach 20 C on Saturday (May 6) and beautiful 23 C on Sunday in both Mississauga and Brampton, according to Environment Canada.
The forecast is also calling for mostly sunny skies on the weekend.
But it’s expected to get even warmer on Monday with the thermometer inching up to 25 C.
