It could feel like 34 C this week in parts of southern Ontario

The cool start to the week is about to turn hot with temperatures soaring to feel like 34 C in parts of southern Ontario.
Today’s (June 10) high is expected to reach around 17 C and dip down to 8 or 9 C tonight in Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and Durham Region, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
This is below the average high of around 23 C for this time of year.
But the weather is slowly expected to warm up surging above seasonal temperatures.
On Tuesday, sunny skies are in the forecast with highs around 20 C and lows down to 11 C.
It gets even warmer on Wednesday with a high of 25 C and a low of 16 C, according to Environment Canada.

But Thursday is looking to be the hottest day of the week with a high of around 27 C in Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and Halton Region, according to Environment Canada.
The Weather Network predicts it will feel more like 34 C with the humdix on Thursday.
Parts of Durham Region will get even warmer with a high of 29 C, according to Environment Canada.
Don’t forget your umbrella. With the heat comes a chance of rain for much of southern Ontario on Thursday.
