“The musical and artistic talent in Brampton is unparalleled, and those stories need to be told more,” said QuickBite News founder and publisher Khaled Iwamura.

“So when the opportunity came about to work with Brampton Says, it just made sense. With their knowledge of the music scene in Brampton and beyond, we will expand on the great stories of musicians and artists in our great cities.”

Together, QuickBite News and Brampton Says aim to change the way Brampton sees its arts and culture scene. Articles, videos, interviews, and more – get ready for a plethora of new content highlighting Brampton’s best talent.

“We’re really excited to be working with QuickBite News to bring together all the voices that make up these bedroom communities that most people ignore when it comes to conversations about arts and culture,” said Kumar.
“QuickBite News has been working tirelessly to bring you news from your community. Like us, they want to tell the stories that the typical vanguards of the media world wouldn’t. This partnership will see a commitment towards the news and culture of communities, particularly suburban areas, in Brampton and beyond.”

Since 2016, Brampton Says has interviewed a range of incredibly talented Bramptonians, from rapper Noyz, to YouTubers YouTwoTV and 4Yall Entertainment, to federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh, and more. Brampton Says has since amassed over 650 subscribers on YouTube and well over 2,000 followers on Instagram

QuickBite News boasts three websites: insauga.com, inbrampton.com, and halton.insauga.com. Combined, the three platforms boast 1,000,000 unique visitors per month – that’s more unique visitors than the Toronto Star in the GTA. The network also boasts 3.1 million pageviews per month, 750,000 video views per month and has the biggest social media following in the western GTA, with well over 100,000 followers.
