Brampton Hudson’s Bay store re-opens

A power outage was the reason behind the closure of the Hudson’s Bay department at Bramalea City Centre yesterday and for several hours today.
A spokesman for the company says the store has now re-opened.
The was some initial confusion about the future of the store after it had closed abrubtly yesterday. Some reports indicated the popular department store was shutting down permanently, but that is not the case.
The Hudson’s Bay Company, also known as The Bay, is one of the world’s oldest companies and has been operating in Canada since 1670.
