Heavy police presence reported at major intersection in Brampton

A heavy police presence at a major intersection in Brampton was expected to wrap up quickly.
Peel Regional Police reported an investigation at Main Street and Vodden Street in Brampton around 7:30 a.m. today (May 28) resulted in a large police presence.
Police asked people to avoid the area.
A spokesperson tells insauga.com that officers were executing a warrant and making several arrests.
There was no danger to the public and police were expected to leave the area shortly.
