According to Loblaw Companies’ website, which has been tracking cases of COVID-19 in their stores across the province, one employee from the Real Canadian Superstore located at 85 Steeles Avenue West in Brampton tested positive for the virus.
“Given the important role we play in our communities, we are prepared for all possible situations, including a positive test for COVID-19 in our stores,” said their website.
“In these cases, we work closely with public health and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores.”
The website reported this case on September 26 and states that the employee’s last day of work was September 15.
