Toronto hip-hop superstar Drake is co-founder of a cannabis dispensary that is opening in Brampton this weekend.

Brampton will get the first taste of Drake’s flagship cannabis dispensary, starting this weekend.

Bullrider Cannabis, which the hip-hop superstar is collaborating on with his OVO co-founder Noah “40” Shebib, is having its grand opening at 67 Selby Rd. from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 28). The event includes music from Brampton local DJ Skitz, an appearance by artist Kwest, whose works decorate the story. And there will be food by Ozzy’s Burgers.

“At the heart of Bullrider is the convergence of street art, hip-hop and limited premium cannabis product offering,” the Bullrider site states.

Bullrider is bringing three strains to market: Afghani Bullrider, Wedding Cake and Peach Crescendo. While the company is based in Toronto, it will initially offer delivery solely to Brampton and Mississauga.

Mississauga, of course, does not have any legal cannabis dispenaries.
