Gas prices going down in Mississauga

Those looking to take a trip over the long weekend may want to fill up on gas tonight.

Gas prices are expected to jump seven cents overnight bringing the average price up to 182.9 around the GTA on Wednesday (July 27), according to media reports.

This is a stark jump after a seven cent drop just about a week ago, and part of a volatile summer of ups and downs.

Drivers looking to fill up tonight can still find some lower prices around.

Here are some of the cheapest prices in the area, according to GasBuddy:

Husky in Mississauga

5145 Dixie Rd.

169.7 cents

Petro-Canada in Brampton

504 Main St. N.

169.7 cents

Shell in Caledon

13947 Hurontario St.

163.5 cents
