A new restaurant in Mississauga will celebrate its opening with free burritos.
Mucho Burrito location has opened a third location in Mississauga. There are locations at 2963 Argentia Rd. and 80 Courtney Park Dr E.
The new spot, at 4559 Hurontario St., at Eglinton, will celebrate its grand opening with free burritos this weekend, according to a press release from Mucho Burrito.
The first 100 customers on Friday, Dec. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 9 will get a free small burrito at the new location. After noon on the grand opening days, small burritos will be $4.
It’s Canada’s first location to feature the chain’s new brand logo and contemporary décor.
The new franchisees, Gauravdeep Singh Bahski and Mansi Bakshi, say they are looking forward to introducing the modern, fresh Mexican cuisine.
This location will be the first in the chain to offer certified Halal chicken in recognition of the population demographics in Mississauga.
The Mucho Burrito menu features build-your-own burritos and bowls, tacos and quesadillas. Meats are grilled throughout the day. And fire-roasted salsas and guacamole are made fresh and house-made daily.
Mucho Burrito is a Canadian chain that opened its first location in 2006. There are now more than 100 Mucho Burrito locations across North America and the U.K.
The new Mississauga location will also have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with area Councillor John Kovac at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9.
