Fire crews battle a blaze at a home in Brampton

A fire broke out at a Brampton home this morning.
Smoke could be seen billowing from a home in the Chinguacousy Road and Valleyway Drive area, according to a tweet from Brampton Fire and Emergency Services today (July 24) at 6:19 a.m.
As crews battled the second-alarm fire, Brampton Fire asked people to avoid the area.
The home appears to be newly built.
There was no report of injuries and no word on the cause of the fire.
