Fire breaks out at a Brampton business

A fire broke out at a Brampton shop late Wednesday night.
Fire crews responded to the business at Queen Street and Kennedy Road, Brampton Fire and Emergency Services said in a post on X around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
A photo from the scene shows fire crews on the roof of the Cash 4 You business at 244 Queen St. E.
Firefighters had extinguished the fire by 10:30 p.m.
The building was searched and no injuries were reported.
We are presently operating on scene of a commercial property fire in the area of Queen St. and Kennedy Rd. Firefighters have extinguished the fire and are checking for extension.
