E-scooter crash has left child in life threatening condition in Brampton

A youth between the ages of 12 and 15 was struck by a vehicle earlier today (June 14) while operating an E-scooter and is now battling for their life.

The collision took place at the intersection of Orangegrove Dr. and Sugarhill Dr in Brampton and has left the child with life threatening injuries.

According to authorities, the vehicle involved in the accident remained at the scene, and the driver cooperated with investigators.

Immediate medical assistance was provided to the injured youth, who was swiftly transported to a trauma hospital for specialized treatment.
