Driver rushed to hospital, witnesses urged to come forward following Caledon crash

A serious crash that left one person with life-threatening injuries has police asking members of the public to come forward with information.
The collision happened on Friday just after 6 p.m. when the OPP says a commercial truck and a passenger vehicle crashed on Highway 10 near the intersection of Old School Road in Caledon.
Police say the driver of the passenger vehicle suffered serious, life-threatening injuries in the crash and was rushed to a Toronto-area hospital.
No additional details about the victim have been released.
The crash led to the closure of Highway 10 in both directions between Mayfield Road and King Street for several hours while police were investigating.
Police are now asking for anyone who may have information about the crash to contact investigators.
