Driver clocked going more than 100 km/h over the speed limit in Brampton

A Brampton driver faces stunt driving charges after a vehicle was spotted travelling more than 100 km/hr over the speed limit.
Police clocked a vehicle going 166 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone in Brampton, Peel Regional Police said in a tweet just before 4 p.m. on Sunday (March 12).
“Absolutely unacceptable!!” police wrote.
Many people on Twitter agreed.
“I see this daily on my street. In a school zone. They race up and down – just another day on the streets of Brampton,” one person wrote.
The driver faces a 30-day licence suspension and a stunt driving charge, police said.
The vehicle is impounded for 15 days.
